This wood fired pizza oven brings a flexible cooking setup to patios, backyard kitchens, and campsite cooking stations. Its steel body provides 288 square inches of cooking space arranged across two levels, allowing two pizzas or two roasting pans to cook at the same time. The removable center rack creates one larger chamber for preparing whole poultry or taller cookware. A ceramic pizza stone is included to support pizza baking.

Two Levels, Different Temperatures

Wood fuel generates heat that moves through the cooking chamber by conduction while airflow is adjusted using the front door vent and chimney vent. The lower rack reaches higher temperatures than the upper level, making it suitable for positioning the pizza stone during dual-level cooking. The removable center rack allows quick changes between stacked cooking and a full-height chamber. A front-loading door provides direct access for adding food, rotating pizzas, or checking cookware during use.

Ready for the Next Cookout

Assembly consists of connecting the primary oven components before placing the pizza stone, center rack, and grill grate inside the chamber. After cooking, the removable cooking accessories can be taken out separately for cleaning and storage. Built-in side handles assist when lifting or repositioning the 27.3 lb  oven between cooking locations. Measuring 21.3 × 12.4 × 25.8 inches, the countertop design stores inside many garages, sheds, utility vehicles, and hatchbacks.
