Airflow moves through a front access opening and a removable chimney section positioned on top of the chamber. Heat Cycle and Input Control System

The chamber reaches 752°F within 15 to 20 minutes when fuel is supplied through either gas burner or wood tray operation. Heat transfers through the stone base beneath the 12 inches cooking surface. The gas inlet connects to a side valve system that regulates flow into the burner assembly. The wood tray sits in a lower compartment for solid fuel placement. 

Assembly Flow and Component Handling

Folding leg sections lock into position during use and fold inward for storage handling. The chimney section detaches from the main chamber for separate placement. Included components consist of gloves, cutter, stone, peel, brush, wood tray, and gas burner. Stainless steel panels form the outer chamber with reinforced joint points at structural areas. The stone base can be removed after cooling for cleaning.
