A built-in temperature gauge provides chamber readings throughout cooking sessions. The front glass window allows contents to remain visible without opening the door. Unlike larger outdoor ovens, the flat-pack construction separates into individual panels for compact storage between trips.
Airflow and Rack Position System
Heat enters through the base and circulates inside the enclosed chamber when used over wood, propane, or gas cooking sources. The adjustable rack offers multiple height positions to accommodate loaf pans, baking trays, and similar cookware. The front opening measures approximately 10 inches, allowing cookware to move in and out with minimal repositioning. Stainless steel interior panels distribute heat throughout the chamber during cooking cycles. The integrated temperature gauge and viewing window allow monitoring without removing the front panel during operation.
Fixed Panel Assembly and Storage Orientation
After cooking, the internal rack can be removed to access the chamber for routine cleaning. The stainless steel panels separate into a flat configuration that fits cabinets, RV compartments, camping bins, or vehicle storage areas. The temperature gauge remains attached to the front panel during storage. With an assembled weight of 12 lb, the oven can be transported between backyard cooking areas, campsites, and outdoor kitchens.
